Do you offer any Free or Discounted Shipping options?

Yes! We now offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders of $100 or more so fill that cart and avoid the shipping fees!

Which shipping vendor should I use to return my package?

You can use any convenient shipping vendor as long as they provide tracking information to you. If goods are lost during transit, and no tracking number or receipts can be provided, we will not be able to issue a return, exchange, or merchandise credit.

Where is my order?

Upon shipment of your order you should have received an email containing your shipping information and ability to track the order. If you cannot locate this information please email us or call us at 1-800-626-1991.

Can I ship orders internationally?

We currently ship to Canada.

How much is shipping and handling for my order?

Please see our shipping chart. The Black Dog offers FedEx Ground 2 Day Express, and Standard Overnight delivery.

Do I have to register on your site to place an order?

You do not have to register to place an order however you are welcome to do so in order to store your address information and make future orders more convenient.

When is my order processed?

The Black Dog ships orders via FedEx the next business day after you have placed your order.

Can I change my order after it is placed?

While we will try to our best to accommodate your request, we may not be able to catch your order in time. Please remember that we have a 100% satisfaction guarantee so you can always return or exchange any unwashed and unworn merchandise.

How do I return/exchange an item?

The Black Dog always wants our customers to be satisfied. you may return or exchange an unworn and unwashed item. Click here to visit our returns page for all of the necessary information. Please include a return form detailing the specifics of your order and the original receipt in order to ensure that you receive the appropriate credit for your item. Note that if you do not have your original receipt we will credit you for the lowest selling price of the item and may need to contact you for your credit card information. The cost to ship the return will be deducted from your credit unless the item was damaged or defective.

Can my gift card be used online?

The Black Dog gift cards can be used online, in our General Stores, or Food Service Locations. To use online select The Black Dog Gift Card payment method during checkout and enter the 19-digit card number in the appropriate text box on the subtotal page.

I have an item I bought previously but can't find it?

Our website carries our current inventory. If you cannot find the item you are looking for, please email customerservice@theblackdog.com and we will do our best to accommodate your request or offer alternative production suggestions.

How do I receive my free tote bag?

Your free canvas tote will automatically be added to orders of $150 or more! You do not need to enter a promo code. You will see the tote on your receipt upon checkout.

Where can I find size/fit information?

You should be able to view the information you need in our helpful size and fit chart. Please see our product descriptions for additional information on how a garment may be sized.
