You can use any convenient shipping vendor as long as they provide tracking information to you. If goods are lost during transit, and no tracking number or receipts can be provided, we will not be able to issue a return, exchange, or merchandise credit.

We have partnered with a third party to service our international customers.
Once you have created your shopping Cart, choose the "INTERNATIONAL CHECKOUT" button. You will then be automatically transferred to a page where you will be provided with international shipping costs as well as duties and taxes for your shipment.
Upon completion of your order, your credit card will be charged for the entire purchase. We will ship the goods to the third party distribution facility where they will process the order and transport the goods to your international address. There are no additional fees or registration processes with this service.

You do not have to register to place an order however you are welcome to do so in order to store your address information and make future orders more convenient.
The Black Dog ships orders via FedEx the next business day after you have placed your order.
