WITH ORIGINAL SALES RECEIPT
We will gladly make an exchange or refund your return for the price at the time of the original sale IF the original sales receipt is provided with return. You may return or exchange unwashed & unworn merchandise purchased at our Black Dog General Stores WITHIN 60 DAYS to any Black Dog General Store, Black Dog Outlet, or our Returns Center. Online purchases must be returned to our Returns and Exchange center and not our retail store locations. Returns or Exchanges made AFTER 60 DAYS must be processed by mail through our Returns Center only. The Black Dog is not responsible for the shipping costs of Returns/Exchanges sent
to the Processing Center.
WITHOUT ORIGINAL SALES RECEIPT
Returns or Exchanges WITHOUT an original sale receipt may be made at any of our Black Dog General Stores, Black Dog Outlet, or our Returns Center and will be valued at their current selling price. Returns made at our Store locations may be exchanged for items equal to the current selling price of the returned item or for a Merchandise credit based on the current selling price of the returned item. Without an original receipt, monetary refunds can only be made through Returns/Exchange Center. Online purchases must be returned to our Returns and Exchange center and not our retail store locations. For any questions please call our Customer Service Rep at 1-800-626-1991. The Black Dog is not responsible for the shipping costs of Returns/Exchanges sent to the Processing Center.
The Black Dog will gladly replace any damaged, defective or broken items at our General Stores or through our Returns/Exchange Center. If your damaged item is fragile (ie: Broken Glassware) please do not ship this back to us. Please email a photo to us at email@example.com and we will be happy to ship a replacement to you. If the item is damaged/defective or a shipping error occurred, The Black Dog will email a Prepaid Return Label to you. Items purchased at any of our RED DOT sales events are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges on sale items. All perishables are final sale, with the exception of the unlikely event that they are damaged or spoiled during shipping. Any issues regarding the product must be reported to us within 24 hours to receive a full refund or exchange. Black Dog product is sold exclusively through Black Dog General Stores, Black Dog Outlets, or at theblackdog.com. Unfortunately Black Dog does not guarantee product sales made though third parties and does not issue returns, refunds, or exchanges through these channels

- Choose a shipping vendor that provides Tracking Information for your package.
- Once we receive your package, it generally takes 2 weeks to process returns, exchanges, or credits.
