Cabernet Sauvignon – Alexander Valley, California: A full-bodied, yet well-balanced Cabernet Sauvignon. Rich flavors of ripe plum and wild cherry, with hints of new French oak and black tea tannin, melded with a round earthy finish. Pair this wine with a steak, burger, or barbecue ribs.

2016 Shark in the Pond – Russian River, California: A custom blend of two select Chardonnays, a Viognier and Sauvignon Blanc, creates a unique fusion of fruit and floral essences. Zests of Granny Smith apple and Meyer lemon bring out delicate herbal notes of grass and honeysuckle. We love this wine paired with fish or shellfish, particularly oysters.

Brachetto – Piedmont, Italy: Unleash any event or gathering with this fresh and exciting wine. This juicy wine has hints of raspberry with a touch of sweetness, followed by a crisp, effervescent finish, making the Brachetto a refreshingly smooth experience for both the wine novice and sophisticate. Great with light appetizers, fresh salads, or grilled seafood. This is our go-to summer wine.
